This role will backfill a 3rd shift opening on small, highly engaged team. The Operations Technician's primary responsibility will be operating grain cleaning and handling equipment and loading hopper bottom railcars and trucks supplying high quality food grade raw materials to make popular snack brands such as Doritos, Tostitos, and Fritos across the company. Incumbents will operate various types of grain handling equipment, railcar movers, and be competent in the use of computers. Incumbents must perform basic preventative maintenance and general housekeeping. Incumbents follow corporate and regulatory guidelines for quality testing, safety, sanitation, and environmental compliance.
