Compensation:

• Component pay equates to about .89 per mile.

• Average weekly miles 2,000-2,500

• Average yearly pay $89,000 average 2021. $83,000-$100,000+ range.

• Bonuses, $7,500 Sign-on, $1,500 Referral, safety up to $400 per year.

Equip: Type & Amenities:

• Volvo Automatic Tractors Single and Tandem; no sleepers.

• Advanced Safety Features in 2019 and 2020 units; new units every year.

Schedule & Home Time:

• 50-hour target; can work up to 60 if desired.

• Home Time: Daily with 2 consecutive days off after 50 hours is obtained.

• Dispatches run AM and PM. Work is awarded by Seniority bid board.

• Trips typically 400-600 mile drop and hook round trip to MD, VA, PA, NJ, DE, and NY suburbs.

• 98% no-touch freight delivering to Frito Lay company Plants, Distribution Centers, or 3rd party manufacturing. 2% unload is palletized at Frito Lay locations using a pallet jack only in 5 weeks of the year.

Other Job details:

• Perks including fuel card, Sirius Radio, Lodging Card if a layover is ever needed. Only 1% of trips in 2021.

• Small team of 21 drivers expanding to 30 due to long-term business growth.

Min Qualifications and Requirements:

• Class A with 100,000 miles or 2,500 verifiable safe hours.

• Background check, Good MVR, Physical, and Drug Screen required.

• Typical trip range is 100-300 miles out and back same day or night from York Pa.
